Independent Physical Education is for students who want to achieve better health and/or athletic performance.
Students can learn valuable life skills in the art of movement oriented strength stretching and body decompression techniques. PE Programs and Pricing are based upon students situational needs. Contact Ben for info.
Independent PE is available on-site or as private sessions.
